The short version
We do not store your information in a database. The contact form on this site sends your message directly to our inbox via Resend; we do not save it to a CRM or share it with anyone other than (with your consent) the Georgia probate attorney we match you with. There's no newsletter signup, no chatbot, no tracking pixels.
What this site does collect
Basic visit analytics through Vercel Analytics: page views, country, device type, referrer. These are aggregated and anonymous — they don't identify you personally. We use them to understand which pages help and which don't. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools.
What happens when you contact us
When you call the number on this site, you reach our phone. When you email the address on this site, it forwards to our inbox. When you use the contact form, your message is sent to our inbox through Resend (an email delivery provider) and a short case record is created in our Supabase database so we can follow up with you methodically.
The case record stores only your first name, your county, the last four digits of your phone (if provided), and your email (if provided, so we can send you case updates). Your full name, full phone number, situation text, and street address never enter the database — that lives only in our email inbox.
Third parties we use
We do not sell or share your information for marketing. The third parties that touch your data, and what each touches:
- Resend— delivers our intake emails and any case-update emails we send to you. They process delivery metadata per their own policy.
- Supabase— hosts our case-state database. Only the minimal record described above lives there.
- Anthropic Claude — may draft case-update emails for our operator to review before sending; may generate grounded answers for AI agents asking about our published guides. Drafts are reviewed by a human before sending. No PII (name, address, situation text) is sent to Claude as part of a draft request.
- OpenAI embeddings — converts our published guide content into vector embeddings for semantic search. No personal information is sent through this channel; only the content of our public educational pages.
What we do with what you share on a call
If we end up referring you to a Georgia probate attorney, we'll share the relevant details with that attorney — with your consent — so you don't have to re-explain everything. Otherwise, your information stays with us. We do not sell or share your information with lead aggregators, cash-buyer lists, or marketers.
A reminder
This service is not a law firm. Sharing information with us — on the phone, by email, or otherwise — is not the same as sharing it with your attorney, and is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
